Cheerleaders and Coaches will be dropped off in the bus loop and enter the school through door 3 on Fletcher Street
There will be a check in table where you will check in, be given a schedule, and shown to your teams locker room

After dropping off teams, buses should pull out of the bus loop and enter the main parking lot
Buses may park in the back of the main parking lot

After check in, your teams will be escorted to the Commons where they will be able to keep their belongings.
Your team will have an assigned area with their name on it. Please only use the areas assigned to you and please be mindful of any mess left in your areas.
Please make sure your athletes clean up after themselves. We appreciate your consideration in advance.
Warmups:
Warmups:
Warmups will be held in our Middle School Gym, directly outside of the locker rooms
Each team will have 8 minutes on a 2 wrestling mats and 8 minutes on a 7 panel mat
A Bluetooth speaker will be provided for music to be played in warmups
Teams will then be escorted to the holding area where they will wait on deck until they can enter the gym for their performance. Water will be provided here!

The DJ will be located up front next to the judges
He will have a plug in for you to play your music from, but please bring an adapter just in case!
The DJ will the have NYS Game Day Cheerleading Situational Cues and will be randomly calling Defense or Offense for each team.

Due to our competition being so close to Halloween, we will be hosting a Team Costume Contest after all performances are complete while we wait for placements to be finalized and awards to begin!
We are asking each team to come prepared with a group costume to change into!
Each team will present their group costume to the competiton, and we will all vote on our favorites!
The winner will receive a special award!
